Thank you all for your kind words, prayers, and support. I just wanted to let you know that Grandma passed away at 1:30 this morning.
Her last chapter has been written, published in the hearts and minds of those who knew her, and now her book covers are closed.
She will be missed, but is at peace in a better place.

Just read through your blog for the first time. I'm so sorry about the loss of your grandmother. I know that even when you know they're sick you're still never prepared. There's just no way to brace yourself for that "one moment they're here and the next moment they're not" experience. Death is always a shock. Wishing you happy memories and the blessing of family and friends in the coming days.
